Major groups included thecommunist BOPA (Danish: Borgerlige Partisaner, Civil Partisans) and Holger Danske, both basedin Copenhagen. Resistance agents killed an estimated 400 Danish informers and collaboratorsuntil 1944. After that date, they also killed some German nationals.
